1. Plastic
1-1 Raw Materials
Imported linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) from South Korea’s SK Corporation; the material is aging-resistant and retains its color for up to eight years. The plastic pigments are imported from BASF in the UK, ensuring permanent colorfastness.
1-2 Processing Technology
Using rotational molding, the main advantages are as follows:
A. The product boasts high precision; in addition to minimal overall dimensional deviations, the fine surface finish of the mold cavity is accurately replicated on the part, resulting in more vivid and flexible styling.
B. In rotomolding, the maximum product dimensions can be customized to relatively large sizes, enabling the production of oversized items. Additionally, rotomolding molds have short manufacturing lead times, and a single rotomolding machine can simultaneously produce parts of different models.
It can handle workpieces of various sizes, offers flexible production, and significantly shortens the production cycle compared with other machining processes.
C. Easy to change the product’s color; simply add various pigments to the raw materials to produce items in different colors.
D. Products manufactured using rotational molding feature uniform wall thickness, with thicker sections at the corners that provide structural reinforcement, thereby fully leveraging their intended functionality and helping customers reduce costs.
2. Steel
2-1 Raw Materials
A. The light tubes are made of galvanized steel pipe (standard sizes: Φ19, Φ25, Φ32, Φ42, Φ48, Φ60, Φ76, Φ89, Φ114, Φ140, etc.)
B. The steel plates shall be galvanized sheets (basic dimensions: 2500×1500, thickness = 2.0).

2-2 Manufacturing Process
A. Process Flow
Platform process: Material cutting — Flat‑part forming (punching, chamfering, etc.) — 3D part forming (bending) — Welding (CO₂ shielded arc welding) — Sandblasting — Powder coating or plastic coating — Packaging.
Fittings: Cutting (cutting and arc punching) — Welding (CO₂ shielded welding) — Sandblasting — Zinc spraying — Powder coating.
B. Key advantages of the process design:
Sandblasting: Utilizing large-scale sandblasting equipment enables high-volume production and shortens the manufacturing cycle; post‑treatment significantly enhances surface adhesion, improves coating performance, and strengthens corrosion resistance.
Zinc spraying: Further enhances the corrosion resistance of components, particularly at welded joints.
3. Wood
3-1 Raw Materials
Made from imported yellow birch wood: (Dimensions: 120×120, 100×100, 30×60, 60×60, 25×80 mm) (Complies with ISO 3349:1975 and ISO 3130:1975 requirements)
3-2 Manufacturing Process
A. Raw Material Anti-Corrosion Processing Technology (Outsourced Processing)
A-1 Material Selection
Select wood that is free of insect holes, mold spots, and scars, and whose moisture content meets the national standard (8% to 13%). Additionally, it is advisable to choose hardwood species with minimal warping.
A-2 Process Flow
Wood enters the plant—sawn lumber—loaded onto a production trolley—tank door opened—trolley pushed into alignment with the tank—loaded trolley advanced into the tank—tank door closed—vacuum operation—liquid suction—liquid replenishment—pressurization—
Pressure relief—liquid return—vacuum pumping—pressure relief—opening the tank door (after the pressure has fully relieved)—discharging—inspection. The production cycle is 30 days.
A-3 Anticorrosive Liquid
Use Xinke ACQ wood preservative.
A-4 The wood after preservative treatment has a slight:
Treated wood boasts an attractive appearance, exceptional durability, lightweight construction, and excellent workability, and with proper maintenance can last up to 50 years. It also effectively protects against decay and rot caused by fungi, termites, and other insects.
B. Component Machining Process
B-1 Process Flow: Cutting to size — Drilling, routing, and component assembly — Puttying and primer sanding — Topcoat application (Note: Puttying and sanding are repeated three times to ensure a smooth surface).
B-2 Coating Raw Material
Putty: Shuixian-brand atomizing putty
Paint: Bauhinia-brand polyurethane clear varnish (compliant with HG/T 2240-1991 and GB/T 9271-88 requirements)
4. Iron Accessories
Steel pipes with diameters of Φ60 mm and wall thickness of 2.0 mm, Φ48 mm and wall thickness of 2.0 mm, Φ38 mm and wall thickness of 2.0 mm, Φ32 mm and wall thickness of 2.0 mm, and Φ25 mm and wall thickness of 2.0 mm are used (in compliance with the requirements of GB/T 700-1988).
The connecting plates are fabricated from 3–4 mm steel tubing, and welding is performed using GTAW (TIG) and CO₂ shielded arc welding in accordance with GB/T 8810‑1995. After complete machining and forming, the components undergo degreasing, phosphating, and polishing, followed by a surface coating of DuPont’s outdoor‑grade, environmentally friendly polyester powder coating.
High-temperature curing, smooth surface, UV resistance, vibrant colors, and excellent adhesion. The coating equipment features computer-controlled, U.S.-imported electrostatic powder‑coating systems, with powder recovery utilizing a cyclone separator and imported filter cartridges, ensuring high efficiency and zero pollution.
5. Plastic sliding tubes
Manufactured via rotational molding of imported engineering plastics, it complies with GB/T 4454-1996. The engineering plastic walls are at least 6 mm thick, and the interior features in-mold molded, color‑printed plastic labels with vibrant hues. It incorporates UV‑resistant, antistatic, and fade‑proof additives, ensuring safety, environmental friendliness, and excellent weather resistance.
The fasteners are die-cast from zinc alloy (in compliance with GB/T 13818-1992) and joined using stainless steel screws. Rubber pads and tightening screws are installed at the contact points between the fasteners and the uprights to further enhance safety; the screws are made of stainless steel grade 316.
